We collect two types of data: information about you (the human) and information about your pet (the Pawssenger).

A. Personal Data (Human)

  • Identity Data: Name, Passport/IC number, Date of Birth, Nationality.
  • Contact Data: Email address, phone number, billing/mailing address.
  • Financial Data: Credit card details, bank account information (processed via secure third-party payment gateways).
  • Travel Data: Flight preferences, dietary requirements, and travel history.

B. Pet Data (The Pawssenger)

  • Identity: Name, breed, age, weight, microchip number.
  • Medical/Health: Vaccination records, health certificates, medical history, and "Dogcuments" required for import/export permits.
  • Behavioral: Social temperament, anxiety triggers, and notes provided during the pre-flight intake.
  • Media: Photos or videos of your pet taken during the journey (with your consent).

3. HOW WE USE YOUR INFORMATION

We use your data to deliver a seamless, luxury travel experience. Specifically, we use it to:

  • Process Bookings: To secure your seat on a shared or private charter.
  • Flight Operations: To create passenger manifests required by Aviation Authorities and Aircraft Operators.
  • Regulatory Compliance: To apply for import/export permits, custom clearances, and veterinary protocols on your behalf.
  • Safety & Service: To assign seating based on your pet’s behavior and to cater to dietary needs.
  • Communication: To send flight briefings, updates, and booking confirmations.
  • Marketing: To send you newsletters or offers (only if you have opted in).

4. DISCLOSURE OF YOUR INFORMATION

We do not sell your data. However, to operate international flights, we must share specific data with trusted third parties:

  • Aircraft Operators: The licensed air carriers operating the flight require passenger manifests for security and safety.
  • Government Authorities: Customs, Immigration, Quarantine, and Airport Security in both the departure and arrival countries.
  • Service Providers: Ground handlers (FBOs), veterinary partners, and secure payment processors (e.g., Stripe/Wise).
  • Legal Obligations: If required by law or to protect the rights and safety of PawssengerAir, our clients, or others.

5. INTERNATIONAL DATA TRANSFERS

Since we operate international flights, your personal data and your pet’s data will be transferred to destination countries to facilitate travel and entry permits. By using our service, you consent to this transfer.
